我们非常重视您的隐私和个人信息保护。本《隐私政策》(以下简称“本政策”)说明我们在您使用本应用时,如何收集、使用、存储、共享、保护和处理您的信息,以及您如何管理自己的信息。

本应用的运营主体及个人信息处理者为:苏州姑苏区三言智能信息技术工作室。

请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读并充分理解本政策。您使用本应用,即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本政策的内容。如您不同意本政策,请停止使用本应用。

1. 我们收集的信息

为实现本应用功能、保障服务安全和履行合规要求,我们可能收集以下信息:

(1)用户上传的图片:包括您主动上传至本应用、用于生成英文描述的图片;

(2)由图片生成的文本内容:包括 AI 生成的英文描述、中文翻译、学习内容及相关历史记录;

(3)账号与登录信息:如您使用邮箱注册或登录账号,我们可能收集邮箱地址、账号标识、昵称(如有)、登录凭证相关信息(如加密后的密码、验证码校验信息或其他身份验证信息)、账号状态及安全验证信息等。我们不会明文存储您的登录密码;

(4)购买与权益信息:包括应用内购买订单号、购买项目、购买时间、权益发放和消耗记录、剩余次数等信息;

(5)设备信息与日志信息:包括设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本、语言设置、网络状态、IP 地址、访问时间、崩溃日志、操作日志、错误日志、内容审核结果或风控记录等;

(6)您主动联系我们时提供的信息:包括邮箱、问题描述、截图、反馈内容以及为处理您的请求所需的其他信息。

我们不会主动要求您上传身份证件、银行卡、精确住址、通讯录、短信、通话记录、健康医疗信息等与本应用核心功能无关的敏感信息。请您不要主动上传包含上述敏感信息的图片或内容。

2. 信息的使用方式

我们可能将收集的信息用于以下目的:

(1)提供图片上传、AI 描述生成、翻译展示、历史记录保存等核心功能;

(2)进行内容安全审核,识别和拦截可能涉及违法违规、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、涉政敏感、侵权或其他不适宜内容的图片、文本或生成结果;

(3)维护账号、订单、使用次数、会员或消耗型权益等功能;

(4)提供历史记录查看、云端同步、数据恢复或跨设备使用等功能;

(5)改进产品体验、排查故障、维护服务稳定性和安全性;

(6)响应用户请求、处理投诉、纠纷、申诉或监管要求;

(7)防止欺诈、滥用、攻击、绕过审核、违规使用或其他损害服务安全的行为;

(8)法律法规允许或要求的其他用途。

3. 图片与生成内容的存储

为提供历史记录查看、跨设备同步、内容安全、服务稳定性和用户体验,本应用可能长期存储您上传的图片及 AI 生成内容。

存储内容可能包括:

(1)用户上传的原始图片;

(2)由图片生成的英文描述、中文翻译或其他学习内容;

(3)生成时间、审核状态、使用次数消耗记录、关联账号信息等必要数据。

如果您删除历史记录、删除账号或向我们提出删除请求,我们将按照本政策及应用内规则处理相关数据。但在以下情况下,我们可能依法或在合理必要范围内保留部分信息:

(1)法律法规、监管要求或主管部门要求保留;

(2)为处理投诉、争议、纠纷、审计或安全事件所必需;

(3)为核验订单、权益发放、退款或防止欺诈所必需;

(4)数据已被匿名化,无法识别特定个人。

4. 图片数据与 AI 处理

为实现本应用的核心功能,您上传的图片可能会被发送至第三方 AI 服务进行分析和内容生成。AI 服务可能根据图片内容生成英文描述、翻译或相关学习内容。

在发送至第三方 AI 服务前,本应用可能先使用内容安全审核服务对图片进行审核,以识别和拦截违法违规、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、涉政敏感、侵权或其他不适宜内容。

请您不要上传包含以下内容的图片:

(1)他人身份证件、联系方式、住址、账户凭证、财务信息等隐私或敏感信息;

(2)未经授权的他人人脸、肖像、私密场景或可能侵犯他人权益的内容;

(3)未成年人不适宜内容;

(4)违法违规、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、涉政敏感、侵权或其他不适宜内容。

如您上传的图片未通过内容安全审核,本应用可能拒绝处理、拒绝生成、隐藏或删除相关内容,并可能根据用户服务协议采取限制功能、冻结账号或终止服务等措施。

5. 信息共享与第三方处理

我们不会出售您的个人信息。

为实现本应用功能、保障服务安全或履行法律义务,我们可能在必要范围内向第三方服务提供方提供或委托其处理相关信息,包括但不限于:

(1)AI 模型服务提供方:用于根据用户上传的图片生成英文描述、翻译或相关学习内容;

(2)内容安全审核服务提供方:用于识别、拦截违法违规、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、涉政敏感、侵权或其他不适宜内容;

(3)云服务或数据存储服务提供方:用于保存用户上传图片、生成内容、历史记录及相关服务数据;

(4)登录认证服务提供方:用于实现账号登录、身份识别和账号安全;

(5)支付或应用商店服务提供方:用于处理应用内购买、订单验证、权益发放、退款或账单问题;

(6)统计、崩溃分析或安全风控服务提供方:用于排查故障、提升稳定性、防范滥用和保障服务安全。

我们仅会在实现本应用功能、履行法律义务、保障服务安全或经您授权的必要范围内共享相关信息,并要求第三方服务提供方按照法律法规和本政策约定保护您的信息安全。

如因法律法规、司法机关、行政机关、监管机构要求,或为保护用户、本应用、运营主体、第三方服务提供方的合法权益,我们可能依法披露必要信息。

6. 第三方服务说明

本应用可能接入第三方服务,包括但不限于:

(1)Apple App Store 应用内购买等 Apple 服务;

(2)第三方 AI 模型服务;

(3)第三方内容安全审核服务,例如图片审核、文本审核等;

(4)云存储、服务器、数据库、日志、统计或崩溃分析服务。

第三方服务可能根据其自身隐私政策和服务条款处理您的信息。我们会尽力审慎选择第三方服务,并要求其按照合理安全标准处理数据,但第三方服务的信息处理规则、稳定性和安全性可能由第三方独立负责。

7. 数据安全

我们会采取合理的技术和管理措施保护您的信息安全,包括但不限于访问控制、加密传输、权限管理、日志审计、数据备份和安全风控等。

但请您理解,互联网环境并非绝对安全,任何安全措施都无法保证信息绝对安全。因用户自身原因、网络环境、设备风险、第三方服务异常、不可抗力或其他非我们可合理控制的原因导致的信息泄露、丢失或损坏,我们将在法律允许范围内承担相应责任。

请您妥善保管设备、账号和登录凭证,不要向他人泄露验证码、账号信息或其他敏感信息。

8. 数据保存期限

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保存您的信息,除非法律法规另有要求或您另行授权。

对于用户上传的图片和生成内容,如您启用历史记录或云端同步功能,我们可能长期保存,以便您后续查看和使用。您可以通过应用内功能或联系我们请求删除相关内容。

对于账号、订单、日志、安全风控、投诉处理等信息,我们可能根据法律法规、争议处理、审计、安全保障或业务需要保存必要期限。

当信息不再需要保存时,我们将删除、匿名化或依法进行其他处理。

9. 用户权利

您对自己的个人信息享有法律法规规定的相关权利,包括访问、更正、复制、删除、撤回授权、注销账号、获取个人信息副本、解释说明等权利。

您可以通过应用内功能或本政策载明的联系方式向我们提出请求。为保障账号和数据安全,我们可能需要验证您的身份后再处理请求。

在以下情况下,我们可能无法立即响应或完全满足您的请求:

(1)与我们履行法律法规规定的义务有关;

(2)与国家安全、公共安全、公共利益直接相关;

(3)与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和执行判决等直接相关;

(4)有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利;

(5)响应您的请求将严重损害您或其他个人、组织的合法权益;

(6)涉及商业秘密、服务安全、争议处理或法律法规规定的其他情形。

10. 账号注销与数据删除

如本应用提供账号功能,您可以通过应用内入口或联系我们申请注销账号。

账号注销后,我们将停止为该账号提供相关服务,并在合理期限内删除或匿名化与该账号相关的个人信息,但法律法规另有规定、监管要求、订单核验、争议处理、安全审计或防止欺诈所必需保留的信息除外。

请您注意,账号注销可能导致以下结果:

(1)云端历史记录、生成内容、上传图片可能被删除且无法恢复;

(2)跨设备同步功能将无法继续使用;

(3)与账号绑定的使用次数、权益、订单记录可能无法继续展示或恢复;

(4)本地保存在您设备上的数据,可能需要您自行删除或卸载应用清除。

11. 未成年人隐私

本应用不主动面向未满 14 周岁的儿童提供服务。

如果您是未成年人,应在父母或其他监护人的同意和指导下使用本应用。请勿上传包含自己或他人隐私、敏感信息或不适宜内容的图片。

如果我们发现或有合理理由认为收集了未满 14 周岁儿童的个人信息,且未获得其监护人同意,我们将尽快删除相关信息,法律法规另有规定的除外。

如监护人发现未成年人未经同意使用本应用或向本应用提供个人信息,可以通过本政策载明的联系方式联系我们处理。

12. 权限使用说明

本应用可能根据功能需要申请以下系统权限:

(1)照片或相册权限:用于选择、上传图片并生成英文描述;

(2)相机权限:如应用提供拍照上传功能,用于拍摄图片;

(3)网络权限:用于连接服务器、内容安全审核服务、AI 服务、账号服务、订单验证等;

(4)通知权限:如应用提供通知功能,用于向您发送服务提醒或必要通知。

您可以在设备系统设置中管理相关权限。关闭某些权限可能导致对应功能无法使用,但不影响其他不依赖该权限的功能。

13. 政策更新

我们可能根据产品功能、法律法规、监管要求或服务变化更新本政策。政策更新后,我们会通过应用内提示、页面公告或其他合理方式告知用户。

如您在政策更新后继续使用本应用,即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受更新后的政策。如您不同意更新内容,请停止使用本应用。

We value your privacy and the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and process your information when you use the App, and how you can manage your information.

The operator of the App and the personal information processor is: Suzhou Gusu District Sanyan Intelligent Information Technology Studio.

Please read and fully understand this Policy before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please stop using the App.

1. Information We Collect

To provide App functions, ensure service security, and fulfill compliance requirements, we may collect the following information:

(1) Images uploaded by users: images you actively upload to the App for generating English descriptions;

(2) Text generated from images: AI-generated English descriptions, Chinese translations, learning content, and related history records;

(3) Account and login information: if you register or log in with an email address, we may collect your email address, account identifier, nickname (if any), login credential-related information (such as encrypted password information, verification-code validation information, or other authentication information), account status, and security verification information. We do not store your login password in plain text;

(4) Purchase and benefit information: in-app purchase order number, purchased item, purchase time, benefit issuance and consumption records, remaining quota, and similar information;

(5) Device and log information: device model, operating system version, App version, language settings, network status, IP address, access time, crash logs, operation logs, error logs, content review results, risk control records, and similar information;

(6) Information you provide when contacting us: email address, issue description, screenshots, feedback, and other information necessary to process your request.

We will not actively request you to upload identity documents, bank cards, precise addresses, contacts, SMS records, call records, health or medical information, or other sensitive information unrelated to the App’s core functions. Please do not actively upload images or content containing such sensitive information.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the collected information for the following purposes:

(1) to provide core features such as image upload, AI description generation, translation display, and history record storage;

(2) to conduct content safety review and identify or block images, text, or generated results that may involve illegal or non-compliant content, pornography or vulgarity, violence or terrorism, politically sensitive content, infringement, or other inappropriate content;

(3) to maintain account, order, usage quota, membership, or consumable benefit functions;

(4) to provide history record viewing, cloud synchronization, data recovery, or cross-device usage features;

(5) to improve product experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service stability and security;

(6) to respond to user requests, handle complaints, disputes, appeals, or regulatory requirements;

(7) to prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, attempts to bypass review, non-compliant use, or other behavior that harms service security;

(8) for other purposes permitted or required by laws and regulations.

3. Storage of Images and Generated Content

To provide history record viewing, cross-device synchronization, content safety, service stability, and user experience, the App may store your uploaded images and AI-generated content for a long period of time.

Stored content may include:

(1) original images uploaded by users;

(2) English descriptions, Chinese translations, or other learning content generated from images;

(3) generation time, review status, usage quota consumption records, associated account information, and other necessary data.

If you delete history records, delete your account, or request deletion from us, we will process relevant data in accordance with this Policy and in-App rules. However, we may retain certain information in accordance with law or within a reasonably necessary scope in the following circumstances:

(1) retention is required by laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or competent authorities;

(2) retention is necessary to handle complaints, disputes, claims, audits, or security incidents;

(3) retention is necessary to verify orders, benefit issuance, refunds, or prevent fraud;

(4) the data has been anonymized and can no longer identify a specific individual.

4. Image Data and AI Processing

To implement the App’s core functions, your uploaded images may be sent to third-party AI services for analysis and content generation. AI services may generate English descriptions, translations, or related learning content based on the image.

Before sending images to third-party AI services, the App may use content safety review services to review images in order to identify and block illegal or non-compliant content, pornography or vulgarity, violence or terrorism, politically sensitive content, infringement, or other inappropriate content.

Please do not upload images containing:

(1) another person’s identity documents, contact information, address, account credentials, financial information, or other private or sensitive information;

(2) unauthorized faces, portraits, private scenes, or content that may infringe upon the rights and interests of others;

(3) content inappropriate for minors;

(4) illegal or non-compliant content, pornography or vulgarity, violence or terrorism, politically sensitive content, infringement, or other inappropriate content.

If your uploaded image does not pass the content safety review, the App may refuse to process it, refuse to generate results, hide or delete relevant content, and may take measures such as restricting features, freezing accounts, or terminating services in accordance with the Terms of Service.

5. Information Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We do not sell your personal information.

To provide App functions, ensure service security, or fulfill legal obligations, we may provide relevant information to third-party service providers or entrust them to process such information within the necessary scope, including but not limited to:

(1) AI model service providers: used to generate English descriptions, translations, or related learning content based on images uploaded by users;

(2) content safety review service providers: used to identify and block illegal or non-compliant content, pornography or vulgarity, violence or terrorism, politically sensitive content, infringement, or other inappropriate content;

(3) cloud service or data storage service providers: used to store user-uploaded images, generated content, history records, and related service data;

(4) login authentication service providers: used for account login, identity identification, and account security;

(5) payment or app store service providers: used to process in-app purchases, order verification, benefit issuance, refunds, or billing issues;

(6) analytics, crash analysis, or security risk control service providers: used to troubleshoot issues, improve stability, prevent abuse, and ensure service security.

We will share relevant information only within the necessary scope for providing App functions, fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring service security, or with your authorization, and we will require third-party service providers to protect your information security in accordance with laws, regulations, and this Policy.

If required by laws and regulations, judicial authorities, administrative authorities, or regulatory agencies, or to protect the lawful rights and interests of users, the App, the operator, or third-party service providers, we may disclose necessary information in accordance with law.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

(1) Apple services such as Apple App Store in-app purchases;

(2) third-party AI model services;

(3) third-party content safety review services, such as image review and text review;

(4) cloud storage, servers, databases, logs, analytics, or crash analysis services.

Third-party services may process your information according to their own privacy policies and terms of service. We will make reasonable efforts to carefully select third-party services and require them to process data according to reasonable security standards, but the information processing rules, stability, and security of third-party services may be independently determined by those third parties.

If you wish to know the current list of specific third-party services integrated into the App, you may contact us through the contact method specified in this Policy.

7. Data Security

We will take reasonable technical and management measures to protect your information security, including but not limited to access control, encrypted transmission, permission management, log auditing, data backup, and security risk control.

However, please understand that the Internet environment is not absolutely secure, and no security measure can guarantee absolute information security. To the extent permitted by law, we will bear corresponding responsibility for information leakage, loss, or damage caused by user-related reasons, network environment, device risks, third-party service abnormalities, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Please properly safeguard your device, account, and login credentials, and do not disclose verification codes, account information, or other sensitive information to others.

8. Data Retention Period

We retain your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or authorized by you.

For images and generated content uploaded by users, if you enable history records or cloud synchronization, we may retain them for a long period of time so that you can view and use them later. You may request deletion of relevant content through in-App functions or by contacting us.

For account, order, log, security risk control, complaint handling, and other information, we may retain necessary information for a reasonable period based on laws and regulations, dispute handling, audit, security protection, or business needs.

When information no longer needs to be retained, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise process it in accordance with law.

9. Your Rights

You have rights related to your personal information as provided by laws and regulations, including rights to access, correct, copy, delete, withdraw authorization, cancel your account, obtain a copy of your personal information, and request explanations.

You may submit requests through in-App functions or through the contact method specified in this Policy. To protect account and data security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

In the following circumstances, we may be unable to respond immediately or fully satisfy your request:

(1) the request is related to our performance of obligations under laws and regulations;

(2) the request is directly related to national security, public security, or public interest;

(3) the request is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

(4) there is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or are abusing your rights;

(5) responding to your request would seriously harm the lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

(6) the request involves trade secrets, service security, dispute handling, or other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.

10. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

If the App provides account features, you may apply to cancel your account through the in-App entrance or by contacting us.

After account cancellation, we will stop providing relevant services for that account and delete or anonymize personal information associated with that account within a reasonable period, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise, or where retention is necessary for regulatory requirements, order verification, dispute handling, security auditing, or fraud prevention.

Please note that account cancellation may result in the following:

(1) cloud history records, generated content, and uploaded images may be deleted and cannot be recovered;

(2) cross-device synchronization will no longer be available;

(3) usage quota, benefits, and order records associated with the account may no longer be displayed or restored;

(4) data stored locally on your device may need to be deleted by you or cleared by uninstalling the App.

11. Minors’ Privacy

The App does not actively provide services to children under the age of 14.

If you are a minor, you should use the App with the consent and guidance of your parents or other guardians. Please do not upload images containing your own or others’ private, sensitive, or inappropriate content.

If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 14 without the consent of their guardian, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

If a guardian discovers that a minor has used the App or provided personal information to the App without consent, the guardian may contact us through the contact method specified in this Policy for handling.

12. Permission Usage

The App may request the following system permissions based on functional needs:

(1) photos or album permission: used to select and upload images and generate English descriptions;

(2) camera permission: if the App provides photo-taking upload features, used to take images;

(3) network permission: used to connect to servers, content safety review services, AI services, account services, order verification, and similar functions;

(4) notification permission: if the App provides notification features, used to send service reminders or necessary notifications.

You can manage relevant permissions in your device system settings. Disabling certain permissions may cause corresponding features to be unavailable, but will not affect other features that do not depend on those permissions.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy based on product functions, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or service changes. After this Policy is updated, we will notify users through in-App prompts, page announcements, or other reasonable methods.

If you continue to use the App after the Policy is updated, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated content, please stop using the App.
